Deep Tissue/Sports Massage

Focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It releases the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on high tension areas. (focus on specific area of the body)

Hot Stone Massage
The ancient healing art is a modality for physical and spiritual balancing. The body is massaged with smooth hot stones using various massage techniques, thus relaxing the body at its deepest level.

Swedish Massage
A relaxation massage for optimum tension and stress relief, using either a gentle soothing touch or firmer strokes to induce relaxation, increase circulation, and ease sore and tired muscles.

Pregnancy/Pre-Natal Massage
A therapeutic and relaxing massage for the mother to be. Focusing on her special needs as her body changes during pregnancy. Please consult with your physician before booking appointment.
