Cancellation & No Show Policy

Have you ever forgotten an appointment?


First time? That’s ok. Everyone has emergencies, or just plain forgets! We forgive you and missed you!


Second time? Oops… We have blocked off that time especially for you and your service. This affects your service provider’s schedule and income. Your forgotten appointment may not have been the only one your service provider had that week.


Half of your appointment service time we scheduled for you that day may be charged on your next visit, or you may receive a statement for monies due via mail.


Third time? Unfortunately this really happens. Please reserve your next appointment with your credit card in advance. Because we truly want to see you again, we appreciate your business and we want to help you remember!


Our clients and our time are both important to us. Your time reserved with us means a lot and we are happy you trust us at Cathleen & Company to provide you with quality hair care and spa services. With that being said we want you to know if you are cancelling late or are a “no show” we could have booked another client in that space. Please take time to cancel by giving a 48 hour notice. We would also like to add, due to an overwhelming amount of "no shows" we now are requiring clients to provide their credit card information when booking all spa services.
